Alicia is an amazing doula. She checked on me regularly after 36 weeks of pregnancy. She came to my house and chatted with me about my pregnancy, my thoughts and feelings about labor and delivery and what to expect afterwards. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She helped me feel prepared to give birth because I had an idea of what to expect from my body as well as at the hospital.

When I called Alicia and informed her I was in labor she came to the hospital right away. She was by my side every step of the way, encouraging me, reminding me to breathe and holding my hand. She was my calm amidst the storm. I don’t know if i could have done it without her. I probably would have passed out from not breathing haha. Anyways Alicia is not only an amazing doula but she’s a great friend and a great mom. I would highly recommend her a doula.

Alicia was our Doula recently for the birth of our second child. We did not use a Doula the first child. The experience was night and day. Alicia gave us so much support before, during and continuing after the birth of our daughter. We felt so comfortable with her. The anxiety of delivery was much reduced and although baby came quite early she rushed to our side in the middle of the night and coached us through. She gave us a beautiful birth story as well. She is a wonderful new Doula and mother as well and we highly recommend her services.

I strongly recommend using Alicia. I was pregnant before she became a Doula. This was my first pregnancy and was unexpected, so I was overwhelmed with questions. I was able to talk to her and ask her any questions I had. I had a lot throughout my pregnancy. She not only responded fast, but was very caring and informative, which eased my mind. If she was able to help me as much as she did well I was pregnant, I couldn’t imagine how much helpful she is now that she has training. She is a very kind, caring, and patient person who would be an asset to have during the labour process.

Alicia was absolutely amazing the last couple of weeks of my pregnancy, I went into prodominal labour not once but twice and both times she was just a click away to help me through it to try and progress it further and when it failed she was there with kind, encouraging words to make me feel better when I was disappointed. She answered any question I had even if it was at 3:00 am!

When it was time and baby finally came, she was there to provide me with tons of support and helped answer questions I had in regards to postpartum care.

Although I didn't have her there when I had given birth, I felt comfortable knowing she was just a quick message away and if she had been there I know she would have been such an amazing support person to have by my side!
